Privacy Policy — Omnivue Finance

Omnivue Finance is an internal application operated by Omnivue Technologies LLC (“Omnivue,” “we,” “us”). It connects only to Omnivue Technologies LLC’s own QuickBooks Online company to read accounting data for internal bookkeeping, reporting, and financial analysis. It is not offered to the public or to any third party.

Information we access. With authorization through Intuit’s secure sign-in (OAuth 2.0), the app reads accounting records from our own QuickBooks Online company, such as accounts, transactions, invoices, bills, vendors, customers, and financial reports.

How we use it. Data is used solely for Omnivue’s internal financial reporting, bookkeeping, and planning. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose this data to any third party, and we do not use it for advertising.

Storage and security. Access tokens and any data retrieved are stored on access-controlled systems, encrypted in transit, and accessible only to authorized Omnivue personnel. The app requests read-only access and does not create, modify, or delete records in QuickBooks.

Retention and deletion. Data is kept only as long as needed for internal reporting. Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks Online, after which stored tokens are deleted.
