End-User License Agreement — Omnivue Finance

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of Omnivue Finance (the “App”), an internal software application owned and operated by Omnivue Technologies LLC (“Omnivue”).

1. Internal use only. The App is licensed solely for internal use by Omnivue Technologies LLC and its authorized personnel to access Omnivue’s own QuickBooks Online data. No license is granted to any other person or entity.

2. Access. The App connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s authorized OAuth 2.0 process with read-only accounting access. Access may be revoked at any time by disconnecting the App within QuickBooks Online.

3. Restrictions. The App may not be distributed, sublicensed, resold, or made available to any third party.

4. Data. Use of data accessed through the App is governed by the Omnivue Finance Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty. The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnivue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7. Termination. This Agreement remains in effect until the App is disconnected or discontinued by Omnivue.

8. Governing law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
